Physical Therapist (all locations)

Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and provide detailed written reports (EMR)
- Plan individualized treatment sessions for children of all ages in our clinics
- Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Selects appropriate charge for treatment intervention based on CPT code definition
- Participate in professional development team meetings and continuing education opportunities
- Communicates patient’s rehabilitation status with other health care professionals to facilitate trans disciplinary continuity of care, including supervision of PTA’s
- Learn and utilize NDT handling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current PT license in Arizona
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children ages 0-22 years
- Computer skills required/EMR proficiency
- New grads welcome as well as current PT’s who are willing to learn pediatric

No Medicare! Treat 8-10 patients/day! Mentoring provided if requested.

We are seeking a part or full time Speech and Language Pathologist for our outpatient interdisciplinary pediatric therapy clinics! Performance based bonuses are awarded monthly.

- Evaluate and treat patients for speech therapy based on physician referrals.
- Collaborates with referring physician and other organization personnel to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care contributes to the total plan of care.

- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks.

- Maintains clinical competency in speech therapy practice and theory.

- Current CCC-SLP license in Arizona
